FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for silk-screening? s Our minimum order is 24 pieces for up to a 5-color imprint. Anything more then 5 colors will need a 7 72-piece minimum.
What other services do you provide? We provide re-labeling, tagging, graphic designing, bagging, and shipping services.
What is your turn around time? Our turn around time for a silk-screening order is 7-10 business days from the final art approval.
This a very firm time frame as we schedule our presses over a week in advance.
What is proof / approval process? On all orders we will send you an art proof for your review and approval. The proof will state the
size, pantone colors, and the overall location of your print job. You will need to review the proof and
approve it. This will be done via-email or fax. The print job will not get done if we don't receive your
approval. Providing an email or fax is very important for this process.
Is the clothing and shipping included in the price? The only thing that is included in the price is the clothing and all screen printing charges. The price
of the garment will be communicated to you before production. Shipping charges will be determined
based on quantity, weight, and location. The shipping carrier we use is UPS. Once your order has
been picked up by UPS, we will provide you with the tracking number.
What is your spoilage policy? d Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage (3% darks). We will credit
d accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2%, (3%darks) whichever is greater.
What is your return policy? s All sales are final due to customization of the garments. No refunds, no exchanges.
